- How to get there
Reaching El Hierro Island is easy with a domestic flight from Tenerife North (TFN) or Gran Canaria (LPA) airports. International travelers can fly into these larger Canary Island airports before taking a short domestic flight to El Hierro (VDE). Alternatively, there’s a ferry connection from Tenerife, offering a scenic route across the Atlantic.
